Real Estate is my career and I am passionate about it! I believe in good-old fashioned work ethics and doing the "right" thing...always! I always tell my clients what they need to hear - it may not always be what they "want" to hear, but I believe in being up-front, honest and forthright. It has cost me clients sometimes, because I don't "bid" on business. People work with me because they believe in my ablilities to "get the job done", regardless of whether they are buying or selling.

My other passion is my volunteer work at our local community radio station, KAFM, 88.1, where I am a DJ, and I also help with fund-raising. Yes...I host a couple of radio shows on the air-waves in a very LIVE format!!! (www.kafmradio.org) You might catch me on the air as "Eve" on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, 6:30 to 9pm, with the Tropical Air Show, or, every other Saturday from 6 to 9pm with Saturday Night Showcase.

Personal
I have lived in Grand Junction since 1981 and think it is one of the best places on earth to live and raise a family. I have 3 children - the oldest is 27; the youngest are 20 year old twins, almost ready to flee the nest! We love to ski, hike, ride bikes, camp and take road-trips in the summertime. I am a past-Director with the Colorado Association of Realtors, and Past-President of our local Board of Realtors which means that I am a dedicated, full-time Realtor who believes in involvement in my profession in every level.
